Business Architect – SAP EWM

Location: Cebu, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Architect – SAP EWM to identify opportunities for business transformation and deliver tangible business value. The role involves analyzing existing business processes, gathering high-level requirements, designing business solutions, and translating business needs into technology-enabled operating models.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP EWM, warehouse management processes, and supply chain operations, along with excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Act as an SME for SAP EWM and collaborate with multiple teams.
Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Gather and understand high-level business requirements.
Translate business requirements into scalable technology-enabled solutions.
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
Support business transformation initiatives and strategic projects.
Develop and support business cases for key initiatives.
Monitor project progress and align solutions with evolving business needs.
Provide solutions to complex business problems.
Mentor team members and support team capability development.
Participate in key business and technical decisions.
Promote effective collaboration across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant SAP EWM experience.
Expert-level proficiency in SAP EWM.
Strong understanding of warehouse management and supply chain processes.
Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide business solutions.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams is preferred.

Work Eligibility

Only candidates currently residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to live and work in the Philippines are eligible.
Candidates must be amenable to a hybrid setup and shifting schedule in Cebu.
