JOB TITLE: Business Architect

WORK SET UP: Onsite in Manila

WORK SHIFT: Shifting

SALARY: Confidential

Summary: As a Business Architect, you will engage in a variety of tasks that focus on identifying opportunities to deliver tangible business value. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state of business processes, capturing high-level requirements, and defining effective business solutions. You will also translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding their implementation.

.Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and technology solutions.

• Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster a collaborative work environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing CI.

• Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis.

• Experience in developing business cases and project documentation.

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technology solutions.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Additional Information:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing CI.

• Open to applicants who are currently in the Philippines and already have the right to live and work in the country
