WORK SETUP: Dayshift Schedule

Role Overview:
Join a dynamic BPO team as a Voice Support Specialist! You will handle inbound customer calls, resolve inquiries, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle voice calls professionally and efficiently.
Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues.
Document interactions accurately in the system.
Meet performance metrics and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Senior High School (SHS) Graduate – required.
Min. 1 year BPO Voice Experience – required.
Excellent English communication skills.
Willing to work onsite at Plaza E Building, Northgate Cyberzone, Alabang.
Amenable to a dayshift schedule.
