Job title: Trainer

Campaign: Training/Financial Account

Work Setup: Night Shift in Makati City

Salary: 30K-35K

Qualifications:

•1–2 years of experience as a Trainer in the Banking, Financial Services, or Mortgage industry(BPO). This is mandatory and non negotiable

•Experience in BPO or call center training environments. This is mandatory

•Strong background in developing and delivering training modules for financial accounts

•Excellent communication and presentation skills

•Ability to coach and mentor new hires and existing staff

•Proficient in using learning management systems and Microsoft Office tools

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•Amenable to work on-site

•Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements within the financial industry
