BPO Sales Assistant Manager - Travel Account - Graveyard - MOA

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an Outbound Sales Assistant Manager for our Travel account based in MOA. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and energetic sales leader with strong BPO sales experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Lead and manage Team Leaders and sales agents to achieve outbound sales targets

- Drive sales performance, coach teams, and improve KPIs

- Monitor performance metrics and implement sales strategies

- Present reports and collaborate with clients and stakeholders

- Motivate and develop team members to reach their full potential

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5 to 8 years of BPO Sales experience required

- At least 2 to 3 years of experience managing Team Leaders / at Assistant Manager level

- Proven expertise in Outbound Sales, coaching, and driving sales KPIs

- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills

- Energetic and engaging personality (client requirement)

- Travel & Hospitality background preferred (experience with cruise lines / hotels)

- Willing to work onsite in MOA - Graveyard Shift

- Can start ASAP
