1. Handle inbound/outbound calls for a US-based sales account

2. Help customers with product/service inquiries, upselling, and closing sales

3. Provide excellent customer experience in English

*What we’re looking for:*

- At least High School Graduate / Senior High Graduate / ALS Passer

- Good English communication skills - conversational is ok

- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

- Amenable to work onsite in Matina, Davao City
