At least HS old curriculum/SHS/2nd year completed up to college graduate

Qualifications

- 1 to 2 years US or UK banking/financial account experience in a contact center environment. Must have experience from the following financial accounts: banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or other similar roles.
- Good problem solving skills with proper and assertive communication
- Understanding of customer service domain and comfortable in dealing with international customers
- Priority: Exposure to UK or US banking, with any experience under the LOAN ORIGINATION PROCESS, especially under MOTOR FINANCING
