Role Overview:

We are seeking a Back Office Processor to support financial services operations! You will handle processing tasks related to Canadian wealth management, insurance, and financial services engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

Process financial transactions and documentation accurately.
Handle back-office tasks for wealth management, insurance, and financial services.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve processing issues.
Meet quality and productivity targets.

Qualifications:

Must be a College Graduate – Finance/Accounting related course – required.
Preferably with 2 years experience in Canadian Wealth Management, Insurance, or Financial Services engagements/accounts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to explain complex financial concepts with confidence.
Amenable to work 100% onsite in McKinley with a fixed nightshift schedule.
