Automotive Account – Customer Support Associate
*Job Description*
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate for our Automotive Account to provide assistance related to vehicle services, product information, roadside concerns, and customer inquiries.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
* Provide information on automotive products and services
* Assist customers with service appointments and account concerns
* Document customer interactions accurately
* Meet quality and performance standards
*Qualifications*
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* At least HS Grad
* 1 yr Customer Service facing Experience BPO/non BPO;CI CEFR
* Flexible to work shifting schedule
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
