Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Application Engineers / Business & IT Analysts who can bridge business requirements and technology solutions. The role combines business analysis, application support, technical troubleshooting, testing, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure reliable and scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
Support solution design, system integration, workflow optimization, and application improvements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internally developed and vendor applications.
Diagnose application issues and collaborate with engineering and IT teams to maintain system stability and performance.
Serve as a key point of contact for application-related incidents and support business continuity.
Develop and execute functional, end-to-end, regression, and UAT testing activities.
Design test scenarios aligned with business workflows and maintain regression test suites.
Drive test automation and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Establish quality gates and ensure comprehensive validation before release and UAT handover.
Coordinate Business-to-UAT testing, validation, and sign-off.
Collaborate with program managers, solution architects, tech leads, business owners, and distributed delivery teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
5–7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, Application Engineer, or similar role.
Strong experience with .NET / C# applications.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and integration patterns.
Experience supporting or troubleshooting enterprise software applications.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, particularly App Services, Functions, and Azure DevOps.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
Strong knowledge of software testing, including functional, end-to-end, regression, and UAT testing.
Experience developing test scenarios and maintaining regression test suites.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across business, technical, and distributed teams.

Eligibility

Must be willing to work in a hybrid setup in Makati City.
Must be amenable to a day shift schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
