Your Role: Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes
Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Provide information on baggage policies, flight schedules, and travel requirements
Process reservations, payments, and travel-related requests
Ensure every customer receives world-class service
Qualifications: High School / Senior High School Graduates are welcome to apply (account requirements may vary)
Vocational, Associate, and College Graduates are encouraged to apply
Excellent English communication skills
Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not required for selected openings
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
