Qualifications
- At least Senior High School (SHS) Graduate
- College graduates are welcome to apply
- With at least 6 months BPO/Call Center experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Customer-focused, adaptable, and willing to learn
Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with airline and travel-related concerns
- Handle inquiries, bookings, changes, and other customer requests
- Provide accurate information and excellent customer service
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain a positive and helpful customer experience
