USRN Medical Coder

Location: MOA / Iloilo / Cebu, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid
Shift: Day Shift, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Target Start Date: October 12, 2026

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified USRN Medical Coder with clinical and medical coding experience to support healthcare operations. The ideal candidate should have active USRN and PHRN licenses along with a valid medical coding certification.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of clinical/hospital bedside experience
1–2 years of medical coding experience
Must hold active USRN and PHRN licenses
Must have an active CPC or CCS certification
Strong understanding of medical coding and healthcare processes
Good communication and analytical skills
Must be willing to work in a hybrid setup
Must be amenable to the 9:00 AM–6:00 PM day shift
Must be willing to work at MOA, Iloilo, or Cebu
Applicants must not be former or current employees of EXL
