Job Summary

We are seeking a Wealth & Banking Service Quality Senior Analyst / Quality Auditing Senior Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, banking, investment, financial planning, portfolio management, or related financial services.

The ideal candidate should have strong Quality Control and supervisory experience, with SME and coaching experience being highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide service and problem-resolution support to Wealth clients and advisors.

• Handle complex client requests and banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on banking products, processes, and procedures.

• Perform quality control and auditing activities to ensure compliance with required standards.

• Identify service and process trends and recommend improvements.

• Support process improvement and business enhancement initiatives.

• Coach and support team members to improve performance and service quality.

• Provide training, resources, and floor support to teammates.

• Maintain accurate client records and resolutions in CRM/Salesforce.

• Ensure compliance with operational, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Required Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Wealth Management or related financial services.

• Experience in Relationship Management, Private Banking, Investment, Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, Portfolio Management, or Investment Consulting.

• Quality Control experience is required.

• Supervisory experience is required.

• SME experience may be considered as an alternative.

• Experience in coaching and performance improvement is preferred.

• QA / Quality Auditing experience is an advantage.
