Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, configure, integrate, and support CRM applications. The role involves working with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that improve customer relationships and streamline business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
Work with CRM modules including Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, and Customer Insights – Journeys.
Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems and applications.
Configure and customize CRM solutions based on business requirements.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for CRM applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
Apply CRM development best practices and contribute to technical solutions.
Participate actively in team discussions and work independently as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, or Customer Insights – Journeys.
Strong understanding of CRM development, configuration, and customization.
Experience integrating CRM applications with other systems.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
Experience with .NET development and familiarity with SQL Server.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work onsite in Taguig with a shifting schedule.
Applicants must currently be in the Philippines and have the legal right to live and work in the country.
Must not be a current or former employee of Accenture.
Must not have a pending active application with Accenture.
Work Location
Applicants should be flexible to report onsite at any Manila office location, including Alabang, BGC, Cubao, or Mandaluyong City.
