L1 – Up to PHP 34,000 negotiable
L2 – Up to PHP 43,000 negotiable

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Accounts Payable professionals L1 and L2 to join our Retail account. This role focuses on Vendor Master Data management and Finance and Accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth coordination with internal stakeholders.

The L1 role focuses on processing and execution tasks, while the L2 role handles more complex vendor master activities, escalations, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable L1

Process vendor creation, updates, and maintenance requests
Validate vendor documentation for completeness and compliance
Maintain accuracy of vendor master records in ERP systems
Support accounts payable and vendor related transactions
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Compliance teams
Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs

Accounts Payable L2 includes all L1 responsibilities plus

Handle complex vendor master issues and escalations
Perform data validation, cleansing, and governance activities
Support reporting and reconciliation processes
Drive process improvements within vendor master operations
Provide guidance to junior team members when necessary

Qualifications

Graduate of Finance, Business Administration major in Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, or related courses
Graduates of other courses may be considered if they have strong Vendor Master experience

Relevant Experience
L1 requires 2 to 4 years of experience in F and A operations or Vendor Master Data
L2 requires 4 to 6 years of experience in F and A operations or Vendor Master Data

Experience in vendor master management, data operations, or finance support functions
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Stable employment history and not a job hopper
Amenable to working onsite in Cebu IT Park on a Night Shift schedule
