Description / Requirements
Job title: Trainer
Account: UK Financial Collections
Work set up: 100% Onsite at Eton Centris, Quezon City
Work shift: Shifting schedules, UK time
Salary: Up to 48,000 basic + 2400 allowance depending on experience
*Joining Bonus of 40K
Start date: ASAP
Headcount: 1

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-4 years' work experience in US/UK collections, banking operations, and training in a call center or shared services environment.
• Basic understanding of training methodologies applied on virtual and F2F instructor-led classes.
• Excellent communication & feedback/coaching Skills
• Good to have: Exposure to UK banking or collections experience in other verticals
• Preferred with collections experience in motor finance experience
• Not a job hopper
• Must not be a present or former employee of Wipro

Key Skills:
• Strong knowledge of UK collections domain, regulations, and bucket flows.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills for training teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities: Training new hires, coaching agents, managing quality metrics, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
