Job Description:

EXL Service Cebu is hiring for our Life Insurance - Nursing Account. This role is ideal for BS Nursing graduates and Medical Allied graduates who want to build a career in the BPO healthcare insurance industry.

Qualifications:

- BS Nursing - Must be at least UG3 / Graduate with or without BPO experience

- OR Completed any Medical Allied Course / UG3 + 6 months BPO experience

- With good to excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work on-site in Cebu City

- Willing to work on shifting / night shift schedule

- Can start on October 26, 2026

Salary and Benefits:

- Basic Salary: 19,000 - 28,000

- Complexity Allowance: 4,400

- EXL Special Allowance: 2,675

- Total Package can go up to 35,000+

- HMO on Day 1 plus Life Insurance

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle Life Insurance related inquiries and claims

- Utilize nursing and medical knowledge to assess cases

- Provide excellent customer service to US-based clients
