We are looking for a Healthcare Associate to provide voice support for healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
Manage client communications related to healthcare.
Help with insurance claims and processing.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
Qualifications:
Active PRC License.
1 year of clinical experience.
BPO experience preferred.
Work Setup:
Onsite training at MOA, followed by WFH.
