Responsibilities:
Provide voice support for healthcare inquiries.
Assist with insurance and healthcare claims.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions.
Qualifications:
PRC Licensed Nurse.
Minimum 1-year clinical experience.
Experience in healthcare services is a plus.
Work Setup:
Initial 4-6 weeks onsite training, followed by WFH.
