Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of digital applications by leading software testing activities across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manual testing, API testing, test planning, defect management, and software quality assurance, with exposure to automation testing and Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business requirements.
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
Conduct mobile application testing across different devices and platforms.
Perform API testing using tools such as Postman and validate backend integrations.
Identify, document, track, and report software defects through the defect lifecycle.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Business Teams, and Vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
Evaluate and report test results while ensuring complete test coverage.
Support and maintain test automation frameworks and automated test suites.
Contribute to QA process improvements, testing standards, and best practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and work effectively within Agile and Waterfall development environments.

Eligibility

5–6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
Hands-on experience in Mobile Testing.
Strong experience in API Testing and backend validation using Postman.
Experience with scripting/programming and basic automation testing.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Only Malaysian nationals are eligible to apply.
