Hiring: Business Analyst | Banking & Financial Services | Malaysia

Location: Malaysia

Salary: RM 4,000 - 5,000 (Depending on experience)

Nationality: Malaysians Only

Experience: 3 - 6 Years

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience in banking, financial services or investment banking to join our team.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline

- 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within banking, financial services or investment banking

- Strong requirement-gathering and documentation skills

- Experience with BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases and process mapping

- Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar project-management/documentation tools is an advantage
