We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Welding Technician (MIG) to join our production team. If you have experience in MIG welding, can interpret technical drawings, and are committed to producing high-quality workmanship, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a Welding Technician, you will be responsible for performing precision welding and supporting daily manufacturing operations.

Your responsibilities include:

Perform high-quality MIG welding on metal components according to engineering specifications.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to ensure accurate fabrication.
Prepare materials and welding equipment before production.
Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of welding equipment.
Follow approved welding procedures and company quality requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Work closely with production and engineering teams to meet production schedules.
Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or management.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Welding Technology, or a related field.
1–3 years of hands-on experience in welding, preferably MIG welding.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.
Good understanding of welding techniques, fabrication processes, and quality standards.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
