Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Tester to join a dynamic technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of digital products by planning, executing, and coordinating software testing activities. You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications that enhance user experience and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
Ensure software products meet quality standards before deployment.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, business units, and vendors to deliver new features and enhancements with quality and speed.
Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Execute functional, integration, regression, API, and mobile application testing.
Evaluate, document, and report test results, defects, and quality metrics.
Perform back-end/API testing using tools such as Postman.
Support and maintain test automation frameworks, automation test suites, and test harnesses.
Work closely with the QA Manager to implement testing strategies and continuously improve QA processes.
Provide technical guidance and support for test automation initiatives.
Contribute to continuous improvement of software quality processes and best practices.

Qualifications

Required

5–6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA).
Strong experience in:
- Test Planning
- Test Case Design
- Defect Management
- Test Reporting
Hands-on experience in Mobile Application Testing.
Strong experience in API/Back-end Testing, including integrated API testing using tools such as Postman.
Experience with scripting or programming.
Familiarity with CI/CD practices.
Experience working in Agile and Waterfall development environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred

Knowledge of Test Automation frameworks and tools.
Experience supporting automation initiatives within software testing projects.
