About the Role

We are hiring Cantonese-speaking Healthcare Interpreters to provide real-time over-the-phone interpretation between English-speaking healthcare professionals and Cantonese-speaking patients in the US. This role requires excellent bilingual communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to accurately interpret sensitive healthcare conversations while maintaining confidentiality and neutrality.

Qualifications

High School, SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree
Fluent in Cantonese and English (B2+/C1 English preferred)
Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
Experience in interpretation, translation, healthcare, BPO, customer service, contact center, media, or journalism is an advantage
Excellent listening, communication, and interpretation skills
Comfortable working permanent night shifts
Must have a stable internet connection and suitable work-from-home environment

Eligibility

Candidates must be fluent in Cantonese and English.
Must be willing to work permanent night shifts from home.
