About the Role

We are looking for a Machine Operator (CNC Turret Punch) to join our manufacturing team. The role involves setting up and operating CNC turret punch machines, producing precision metal components, inspecting finished parts, and ensuring smooth production while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related field
1–3 years of experience operating CNC Turret Punch machines in the metal fabrication industry
Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings (blueprints)
Knowledge of engineering tolerances and machine setup for multiple product lines
Experience using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers and micrometers
Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures
Physically fit, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Eligibility

Candidates must have hands-on experience operating CNC Turret Punch machines in a metal fabrication environment.
Must be able to read engineering drawings and perform machine setup independently.
Applicants should be willing to work onsite in Balakong, Selangor.
Initial working hours are 8:30 AM–6:00 PM, with transition to 12-hour rotating shifts (8:00 AM–8:00 PM / 8:00 PM–8:00 AM) as required.
