Document Controller

Location: Shah Alam, Malaysia
Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 5,000 per month (depending on experience)
Experience: 1–2 Years
Eligibility: Malaysians Only
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Controller to manage project documents, drawings, and document control processes. The ideal candidate should have strong AutoCAD skills, knowledge of structural drawings, and the ability to maintain accurate documentation while working within tight deadlines and SLAs.

Freshers with strong AutoCAD knowledge may also apply.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain project documents and technical drawings.
Maintain document control systems and ensure proper version control.
Review and verify AutoCAD structural drawings/diagrams for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with the design team regarding document updates and revisions.
Prepare and maintain document registers.
Ensure documents are properly organized, indexed, and easily accessible.
Track document revisions and maintain accurate document histories.
Ensure documentation is completed and submitted within required deadlines and SLAs.
Support the project/design team with document-related requirements.
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of project documentation.

Requirements

1–2 years of proven experience as a Document Controller is preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply if they possess strong AutoCAD skills and relevant knowledge.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
Knowledge and understanding of structural drawings.
Strong organizational and document management skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple documents and priorities.
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and SLAs.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Must be a Malaysian citizen.
