We are looking for a dedicated and skilled CNC Turret Punch Machine Operator to join our growing production team. If you have experience operating CNC machinery, enjoy precision manufacturing, and are committed to producing high-quality work, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a CNC Turret Punch Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Set up and operate CNC Turret Punch machines to manufacture precision metal components.
Ensure finished products meet engineering specifications using precision measuring tools such as Vernier calipers and micrometers.
Perform machine setup and adjustments for different product lines and material requirements.
Read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings (blueprints) and production instructions.
Monitor machine performance and maintain consistent product quality throughout production.
Coordinate with Warehouse and Production teams to ensure a smooth flow of materials and components.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following housekeeping and safety standards.
Assist with training and knowledge sharing when required.
Perform other production-related duties assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
1–3 years of hands-on experience operating CNC Turret Punch Machines.
Experience working in the metal fabrication industry.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings and blueprints.
Good understanding of engineering tolerances and precision manufacturing.
Experience setting up machines for different products and material specifications.
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments, including:
- Vernier Calipers
- Micrometers
Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
Physically fit and able to perform production-related tasks.
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
