Job Title: Business Analyst - Banking & Finance - 3 to 6 Years - Up to RM 5,000 - Malaysia

Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience in Banking, Financial Services or Investment Banking to join our team in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Prepare comprehensive BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flows
- Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered
- Support the full SDLC lifecycle within Agile and Waterfall environments
- Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and process mapping
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
- Assist in UAT and ensure solutions meet business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline
- 3 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking, financial services or investment banking
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, analysis and documentation
- Hands-on experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases and process maps
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile / Waterfall methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence or similar tools is an added advantage
