Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale technology and digital transformation projects within the banking sector in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project delivery for banking and enterprise technology initiatives

- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources

- Oversee SDLC and ensure adherence to delivery methodologies

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors

- Drive project governance, reporting, and compliance

- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, IT, Computer Science or related discipline

- 6 to 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in banking, financial services or enterprise technology

- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale technology or transformation projects

- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies

- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills

- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Certifications:

- PMP / PRINCE2 (Highly Preferred)

- Agile / Scrum / SAFe - Advantage
