Job Title: Associate – Interpretation Support (Cantonese/English)

Project: Healthcare Interpretation Support

Work Setup: Work From Home

Shift: Night Shift (Monday–Friday)

Contract: 6 months + 12 months renewable contract

Role Overview:

We are seeking bilingual professionals fluent in Cantonese and English to provide real-time, over-the-phone interpretation support for a healthcare account. This role involves facilitating accurate and seamless communication between healthcare providers in the U.S. and Cantonese-speaking patients, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver accurate, meaning-for-meaning consecutive interpretation during live calls.
Facilitate communication between medical professionals and patients across various healthcare scenarios.
Maintain neutrality, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions.
Handle sensitive and urgent situations with composure and adherence to established protocols.
Ensure clarity, proper tone, and consistent first-person interpretation style.
Participate in training, quality reviews, and performance improvement initiatives.
Maintain knowledge of healthcare terminology and industry practices.

Qualifications:

Strong fluency in Cantonese and advanced proficiency in English.
Excellent listening, comprehension, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup with a reliable internet connection.
Open to fresh graduates; experience in BPO, interpretation, or healthcare is an advantage.
Willingness to work in a permanent night shift schedule.
