Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced C&B Head to lead and oversee all aspects of HR operations, payroll

management, and compliance. The successful candidate will play a critical role in implementing a new

HRIS system, executing HR strategies, ensuring seamless HR operations, and implementing best

practices in payroll management.

Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations Leadership:



o Develop and implement HR operational strategies to support the overall business

objectives.

o Oversee the end-to-end processes of HRIS , eDMS, and employee lifecycles processes of

confirmations, Transfers, F&F etc.

o Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

o Provide guidance and support to HR team members, fostering a culture of continuous

improvement.



2. Payroll Management:



o Bring about payroll transformation by automation , system development , process

efficiencies

o Oversee the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all

employees.

o Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to payroll and ensure compliance.

o Collaborate with finance and other departments to streamline payroll processes.

o Carry out internal Compensation analysis , benchmarking with the industry etc.

o Manage relationships with external payroll vendors and ensure service level agreements

are met



3. Compliance:



o Ensure HR and payroll practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

o Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations, advising leadership on

necessary adjustments.

o Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies



4. Data Analysis and Reporting:



o Utilize HRIS and other tools to generate relevant HR and payroll reports for

management.

o Analyse trends and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous

improvement.

o Provide insights into workforce analytics to support strategic initiatives.



Preferred candidate profile

1. Should have 18+ years of experience in HR with domain experience in C&B/ Payroll.

2. Should have both Operational as well as strategic work experience in C&B role.

3. Should have completed an MBA in HR

4. Should have led a team of at least 3 members.

5. Should have exposure of managing Pan India role of more than 5000 HC.

6. Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in C&B

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.

9. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

10. Familiarity with HR technologies and must have worked with 2 - 3 different HRMS - Adrenaline,

Darwin Box etc

11. Should be able to play a pivotal role w.r.t. HR Operations & Payroll for all business expansions.
