Senior Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultant

Location: Singapore (Onsite)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultant with a proven track record of at least 7+ years in end-to-end implementation. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Sales & Operations Planning, Forecasting and Demand Management, and Inventory Planning & Optimization. Prior exposure to SAP APO PPDS will be considered a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. 
   

   End-to-End Implementation: Lead and execute end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery of Integrated Business Planning solutions.

   
   


2. 
   

   Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP): Develop and enhance S&OP processes to align with organizational goals and objectives.

   
   


3. 
   

   Forecasting and Demand Management: Utilize advanced forecasting techniques and demand management strategies to optimize inventory levels and improve overall supply chain performance.

   
   


4. 
   

   Inventory Planning & Optimization: Design and implement effective inventory planning and optimization strategies to ensure efficient stock levels while meeting customer demand.

   
   


5. 
   

   SAP APO PPDS: Leverage expertise in SAP APO PPDS to enhance planning capabilities and integrate with other modules for seamless business processes.

   
   


6. 
   

   Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to supply chain, finance, and sales teams, to ensure effective communication and alignment of business goals.

   
   


7. 
   

   Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for process improvement and optimization within the IBP framework, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

   
   

Qualifications and Skills:

1. 
   

   Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

   
   


2. 
   

   Experience: Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Integrated Business Planning, with a focus on S&OP, Forecasting, and Inventory Planning.

   
   


3. 
   

   Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP APO PPDS is highly desirable. Strong proficiency in other IBP tools and technologies is a must.

   Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
