Job Overview:

As an Insurance Account Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers needing support and guidance with their insurance policies. If you have a passion for helping others and can deliver excellent service under pressure, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to address insurance-related inquiries and concerns.

Assist customers in managing their insurance accounts, including policy updates and claims status checks.

Provide accurate information about insurance products and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs.

Document all interactions and ensure customer accounts are updated promptly.

Resolve complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring customer retention.

Qualifications:

At least Senior High School graduate.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or similar environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
