KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist consumers with a high level of customer service in a variety of areas

Deliver application status and procedures for completion

Implement application initiation and completion

Provide necessary loan notifications (including notification of terms and conditions of the loan)

Administer disbursement process

Adhere to all scripts, regulatory guidelines, and procedures

Any other tasks assigned by supervisors

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:

At least a Senior High School graduate

2+ years of experience in Customer Services roles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Basic knowledge of operating system, browsers and MS Office Suite

Basic familiarity in various mobile platforms (Apple, Android, Google, etc.)

Ability to adapt to internal and clients-based tools, products, and applications

Strong time management and comprehension and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
