Job Description:
• Creating healthcare professional profiles for our platform.
• Validating core documents (nursing license, driver’s license, etc.) accurately when sent in from the healthcare professional and entering expiration dates into the platform.
• Knowledgeable in state requirements to be sure healthcare professionals have the correct and complete documents necessary to start picking up the shifts.
• Reaching out to healthcare professionals to collect any extra documents that are needed
outside of our “core requirements” and following up to be sure that it is collected and updated
in a timely manner.
• Communicating with our Onboarding and Customer Success team on the progress of healthcare professional profiles/documents promptly and answering any questions the team may have.
• Reaching out to healthcare professionals when documents get expired and following up until
submitted so they remain on active status.
Qualifications:
• At least a HS graduate
• Must have at least 6 months BPO work experience
• Ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented
• Dependable on completing tasks on time
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills/ Must willing to report onsite at BGC Taguig
• Sense of urgency
