Job Title: Lead Product Administrator – DigiKM 2

Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week)

Work Shift: Day Shift (8 AM – 5 PM)

Salary Range: Up to PHP 165,000

Headcount: 1

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

The Lead Product Administrator will support the Product Manager in overseeing product delivery, stakeholder coordination, and compliance with internal frameworks. This role ensures seamless execution of IT product initiatives, proactive risk management, and alignment with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Product Manager/Product Delivery Manager in developing delivery plans and tracking progress.

• Review delivery schedules and recommend improvements to meet targets.

• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure product deliverables meet acceptance standards.

• Track and resolve risks, dependencies, and change requests.

• Prepare weekly status reports, presentations, and communications on product performance.

• Coordinate procurement activities for product-related goods and services.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and change management processes.

• Facilitate product security reviews and required technical approvals before deployment.

• Prepare product reports, budgets, presentation materials, and documentation for audits and meetings.

• Maintain the product’s collaboration site and ensure all documentation is organized and up to date.

• Lead a team of Product Administrators and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth product launches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in product or project management for medium to large-scale IT solutions.

• 3+ years of experience with SDLC and agile delivery methods.

• Strong background in planning, monitoring, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

• Experience delivering IT infrastructure, network, or software solutions preferred.

• Hands-on experience in site design, creative media, or content management is an advantage.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or CITPM certification preferred.

• Must not be a job hopper (less than one year per company).

• Amenable to hybrid work setup in Ortigas, Pasig.
