Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Voice Account Representatives for various industries including Telco, Sales, Financial, Multimedia, Travel, and Airline sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates of all education levels, whether high school graduates, college undergraduates or graduates, or associate degree holders, with or without BPO experience. The position is based at our office in Pasig City, and immediate start is available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers within the assigned industry sector (Telco, Sales, Financial, Multimedia, Travel, Airline).
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Identify customer needs and promote relevant products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
- Utilize effective communication skills to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the designated systems.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, while handling customer inquiries and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company updates to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times while representing the company to customers.
Requirements:
- Open to candidates of all education levels (high school graduates, senior high school graduates, college undergraduates or graduates, associate degree holders).
- No prior BPO experience required; fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers over the phone.
- Willingness to work on-site at our office location in Pasig City.
- Available to start immediately.
