Transformation Assistant Manager (Hybrid)

Location: EDSA Greenfield, Mandaluyong

Work Schedule: Hybrid (at least twice a week on-site), Night Shift

Salary: PHP 50,000 - 55,000

Qualifications:

- Yellow Belt Certified with Application

- Continuous improvement/process excellence experience

- BPO experience preferred

Job Description:

- Lead and own projects by analyzing business needs, conducting Cost Benefit Analysis, overseeing solution implementation, and tracking progress.

- Assist Operations in transformation projects by providing mentorship, validating analysis, overseeing implementation, and ensuring progress tracking.

- Conduct assessments using statistical tests, process mapping, and analysis to provide recommendations for process improvement.

- Own or mentor projects through all phases, ensuring sponsor checkpoints and documentation.

- Support innovation engine deployment by onboarding moderators, providing guidance, and leading projects from idea to implementation.

- May be assigned to an EVP Cluster as a dedicated resource and SME for Transformation tools and methodology.
