Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Technical Service Representative to join our team. As a Technical Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in addressing and resolving customer complaints related to telephone service, wireless reception, dial-up Internet connectivity, and billing issues. Your primary focus will be investigating and resolving connectivity problems or billing errors, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Effectively handle and address customer complaints related to telephone service, wireless reception, dial-up Internet connectivity, and billing issues.

Investigate connectivity problems or billing errors to provide timely and effective resolutions.

Treat customers with kindness, honesty, and respect to ensure customer retention.

Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's services and products to make a positive impression on potential customers.

Demonstrate technical knowledge and expertise in addressing customer concerns.

Qualifications:

College graduate; freshers are encouraged to apply.

BPO experience would be an added advantage.

Strong technical know-how in telecommunications services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
