Job Title: Senior Salesforce Consultant (CPQ)

Work Schedule: 2 days/week onsite, mid-day shift

Location: Taguig

Salary Range: PHP 60,000 - 90,000

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant specializing in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) to join our dynamic team. As a crucial member, you will collaborate directly with clients, analyzing business requirements and implementing tailored solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Engage in comprehensive requirements gathering, analyzing both business functional and technical needs

Develop and oversee Salesforce applications, particularly focusing on CPQ

Hands-on technical implementation with emphasis on configuration and customization

Design and configure CPQ elements such as price rules, discounts, quote templates, product selections, and pricebooks

Adhere to best practices for Salesforce development

Demonstrate a profound understanding of CPQ object models

Setup and manage orders, contracts, renewals, amendments, and subscriptions

Implement profile security, CPQ permissions, record types, business processes, and data flows

Develop and integrate APIs for seamless data flow, custom UI development for enhanced CPQ UI if required

Mentor and train junior team members

Actively participate in knowledge-sharing activities

Qualifications:

Salesforce Administrator certification

Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist

Minimum 4 years of CPQ project experience

Proficient in Agile methodology

Strong English communication skills for direct interaction with onshore teams

Excellent analytical and planning abilities

Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
