Title: Quality Analyst

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Work Time: Night-Shift

Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a meticulous and dynamic Quality Analyst to bolster our Medical Billing team in Pasig City. If you're passionate about maintaining top-notch accuracy and productivity in a calling process, this role is tailor-made for you.

Qualifications:

- Graduate preferred

- 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in the calling process

Skills:

- Drive for high-level productivity and quality

- Precision in tasks with a keen eye for accuracy

- Exceptional written and oral communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to work independently and master the art of multitasking

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough random transactional monitoring for quality assurance

- Swiftly identify critical errors and communicate effectively with associates and process owners

- Uphold Corrective Action Policy, ensuring visible improvements in audited individuals

- Provide constructive feedback to associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

- Weekly team briefings on major errors, coupled with coaching sessions for correct follow-ups

- Generate error-free weekly/monthly quality performance reports for internal clients

- Maintain precise quality metrics, including process quality score, individual quality score, and error count

- Conduct random transaction audits and evaluate the performance of new hires during the OJT/Nesting period
