We have an ongoing hiring process for a PHRN/USRN Process Trainer with at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Process Trainer for our BPO Partner in Pasay MOA.
Job Title: PHRN/USRN Process Trainer
Work Setup: Hybrid in MOA
Work Shift: Shifting
Salary: 37K - 45K
Headcount: 2
Target Start Date: ASAP
Non-negotiable Requirements:
- Must have an active license in PHRN and USRN
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Process Trainer
Position Overview:
The primary role is to educate and produce competent staff to deliver client-set requirements. The job focuses on transferring process knowledge and the related skills essential to accomplish tasks required for production.
Requirements:
- Open to Process Executives and Senior Executives aligned with the process
- At least 12 months tenure in EXL
- At least 12 months in the current role
- Required licensure as specified by the process
- Should not be on PDP within 6 months from the date of NOD
- Should not have received a PIP in the past 12 months
- Minimum of a 4.0 rating in the last 6 months (Goal and Competency)
- Minimum of B2 HEAP category
- Must have no issues with attendance and reliability (<5% absenteeism in the last 6 months)
- Preferably has previous experience in the training field or nursing academe
