JOB TITLE: Lead Associate- Operations (GDS & Concur)

CAMPAIGN: Travel

SALARY: 30-40K

LOCATION: Bridgetowne, QC

SHIFT: Night Shift

TARGET START DATE: ASAP

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 5 yrs. experience in Travel

• Must have experience in using any GDS tools.

• Knowledgeable on online services platform such as Concur, Deem, etc.

• Amenable to work onsite in Quezon City

RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Responsible for supporting product implementations, client training, and applying GDS expertise

in the support of an online services platform.

-The Platform includes, but is not limited to, multiple travel booking tools, fulfillment systems, an

independent profile system, pnr flow management and various system travel planning features.

-Additional responsibilities include Internal and External Project Management, 2nd level support

for the Account’s Ecommerce team, and custom portal configurations.

Must have:

• At least 5 yrs. experience in Travel

• Must have experience in using any GDS tools.

• Knowledgeable on online services platform such as Concur, Deem, etc.

• Amenable to work onsite in Quezon City on a night shift

• Good with 30-40k
