ob Title: Finance Manager

Job Overview: As a Finance Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing all financial aspects of our organization. You will be responsible for the preparation, analysis, and timely submission of financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, and collaborating with auditors. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on strategic financial planning and effective communication with higher management.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly/annual financial and management reports, conducting thorough reviews and analysis.
- Ensure timely filing and submission of regulatory reports, maintaining compliance with SEC, BIR, PEZA, LGU, and other government bodies.

Audit Coordination:
- Coordinate with auditors for quarterly audit reviews and annual local audits.
- Facilitate a smooth and efficient audit process, addressing queries and providing necessary documentation.

Strategic Financial Planning:
- Plan, lead, organize, and control financial activities to achieve organizational goals.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts as required, providing insights and recommendations for financial improvements.

Communication and Collaboration:
- Report and coordinate with the Parent company's higher management on finance-related matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

5+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably in BPO industries.

Strong knowledge and experience in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as required by regulatory bodies.

Comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliances (BIR, SEC, PEZA, LGU, etc.).

Critical thinking skills and creative problem-solving ability.

Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality within specified timelines.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.

Salary: 40,000 - 90,000 PHP ALL IN (No Relocation Package) - Depending on work experience.
