Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Deputy Manager - Operations to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our Operations Manager, supervising team leads, and ensuring the efficient delivery of services in our healthcare account for the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the deputy to the Operations Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned project.
- Supervise team leads and facilitate their performance management in a BPO setting.
- Drive team performance by providing mentorship, coaching, and periodic client interaction.
- Cascade process changes and updates to the assigned team, ensuring compliance and efficient execution.
- Support a learning environment, guiding new agents, and offering hands-on resolution of complex issues within a fast-paced setting.
- Enforce the Code of Conduct, institute Performance Improvement Plans when needed, and handle special tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
- 3-4 years of Assistant Manager experience in handling US healthcare accounts within a BPO setting.
- Proficiency in operational platforms, MS Office, and a solid understanding of Healthcare Payer scope and compliance.
- Ability to work independently, showcase initiative, and demonstrate innovative thinking.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity and conciseness.
- Strong real-time problem-solving abilities.
