CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
LIVE CHAT RETAIL ACCOUNT
- Applicant must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
- We are accepting High School and Senior High School Graduates.
- Must have 1 year CSR experience in a BPO industry. (preferably with LIVE CHAT support and handled any Ecommerce/Retail Account);
- Experience in handling email escalations is a plus.
- Must be 22-40 y/o.
- Must have good to excellent ENGLISH communication skills.
NON VOICE TRAVEL ACCOUNT
- Applicant must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.
- Must have completed 2 years in college.
- 6 months of CSR experience, preferably in LIVE CHAT support, from BPO industry.
- Experience in handling Travel account or basic understanding about how Travel industry works is a plus
- Must be 22-40 y/o.
- Must have good to excellent ENGLISH communication skills.
- WORK ON SITE SET UP
Salary: 18k-20k plus 8k-12k Signing Bonus
