Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various channels, ensuring a positive customer experience. Successful candidates will be required to navigate multiple computer systems, demonstrate above-average English communication skills, and maintain a typing speed of 25 - 30 WPM.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.

Navigate multiple computer systems to provide accurate and timely information.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing issues and resolving problems promptly.

Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old.

High school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum).

Above-average English communication skills.

Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems.

Typing speed of 25 - 30 WPM.

Work Set-Up:

Work on-site at our Cagayan De Oro location.
