- Provide customer support through phone, chat, or email.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Handle customer concerns/complaints in a courteous and professional manner and within established guidelines, and escalate as necessary.
- Demonstrate strong domain knowledge and communicate accurate information to customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support via Calls, Chats and Email.
- With good communications (verbal and written) and technical skills.
