- Processes and resolves disputed transactions thru retrieval and chargeback.
- Ensures Compliance to avoid operational lapses.
- Disputes/Chargeback Resolution
- Ensures updating all dispute sources on the final resolution of each case.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• AR Experience
• Must have experience in using SAP/Oracle
• Relevant experience in Banking and Finance Industry
• Above average communication skills
Work Set-up: Work Onsite (Night shift)
Location: Makati City
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000
